What to Include
When reporting a technical problem, include the following when available:
- the affected EastArkNet feature;
- your device model;
- your operating system and version;
- your browser or EastArkNet app version/build;
- the approximate date and time, including time zone;
- the agency or talkgroup if relevant; and
- a brief description of what happened and what you expected.
Screenshots can be useful when they do not expose private credentials or unnecessary personal information.
Do Not Send Credentials
Do not send passwords, restricted-access codes, installation credentials, push tokens, private keys, signed audio links, or unrelated sensitive personal information.
Privacy Requests and Notification Deletion
The official EastArkNet app provides controls for disabling notifications and, when a registration exists, deleting the associated EastArkNet notification registration. These are separate actions.
Deleting an official-app notification registration does not remove locally selected scanner talkgroups and does not automatically delete a separate website or PWA browser notification subscription.
For a privacy question or a request concerning information reasonably associated with an EastArkNet installation or prior support interaction, email support@eastarknet.com with the subject EastArkNet Privacy Request.
Do not send the installation credential or push token itself.
